We start with a consultation to understand your goals, site conditions, timeline, and budget. Feasibility, scope, and expectations are discussed and aligned before design moves forward.

PREPARE
Design details are finalized, budgets are refined, schedules are built, fixtures and selections are coordinated—so there are fewer surprises once new construction gets underway.

BUILD
The project is built deliberately and professionally—guided by owner involvement, thoughtful coordination, and attention to detail through completion, final walkthrough, and close-out.
We have worked with EXACT on numerous projects. The latest being a pole barn. They are always responsive and easy to work with. In addition, the work is excellent and always within budget. We would highly recommend EXACT.
